Warm-up and Cool down : Good action to do before starting your work out program is to make just sure that you warm up and cool down. Take about 3 to 5 minutes to start before increasing your exertion and another couple of minutes to cool down at a lower exertion after your main session.This would prevent you from experiencing cramps and pulled muscles while working out at the gyms.Be careful with using machines of fitness gyms.
Make Gradual Increases: We sure that our body will experience a good training effect if we increase intensity or reps of an exercise gradually.
